Oh! thank for pointing that out when I typed it I knew it sounded wrong.
I should remember that I cut 2 nuts when I made the ballscrew conversions.
Funny after talking to chuck I just bought a "15/16 x 16" tap.
To quote Chuck "I haven't got all day to machine threads I use a tap when possible".
