Yep. I've got one here that does just that. It's an old control
transformer from some long gone device. Big bridge rectifier from
Radio Shack and a 10k mf cap from some old 90 volt servo system. But you
will get more than 60 after you rectify it because the 60 volt is RMS
rather than peak. Idling you may get as much as 80 volts or so.
