I couldn't find the file you mention, but the Offsets on the EMC screen
are zero.

I think Jon Elson came up with the explanation though, see related
e-mail this list. So, I've solved the problem at least in the short
term.

SO much to learn at once, steppers/drivers/EMC/linux/g-code/Vector/...
And this is just to get CNC working so I can resume the projects which
prompted the CNC conversion in the first place. I must retire so I can
catch up. :-)
