I'm surprised no one has mentioned Black And Decker "Bullet Bits".
Drill first to cap screw head depth with proper size, then the thru hole with
the next size. Pretty flat bottom anyhow.
I know you can do the 6-32's................ #4's?? You'd have to look at the
bits because when the get smaller, the "Flat" area is less defined.
And, Well, for somescrews the exact head fit is a little oversize. If its
undersize,,, Isn't that what the "ridges" commonly found on the Head of those
for ??? looks like a rasp to me ! :-)
