Ummm, it is unlikely you'll find end mills at Home Depot! i was
just there, and I suppose they would have carbide router
bits, but not likely that they'd have end mills. Router bits might
work in some aluminum alloys, byt they are really made for wood
and other light material. it works out that socket head cap screws
in imperial sizes, at least, fit standard inch fractions like 1/4", 3/8"
for the counterbores. nice of them to make the heads just a bit
under a standard dimension.
