it really doesn't matter, you should be able to run Netscape without the
online help! Do a locate index.html to see if it is in some different place
on the disk. I couldn't find online documentation on my system either,
except a README file.

Yes, depending on what windows manager you are using, there are menu
entries that allow you to edit the menus and toolbar.
