Darrin, if youre willing to spend the kind of money
that those systems you mentioned cost, then why not
buy this one

off of ebay.com for $599.00. it comes with
everything you need to get you going, besides the
motor mounts and those can be bought form sherline
relitively cheap.NOTE, this auction closes in 4 hours.
There is another setup thats a unilopar system on Ebay
for 200.00 dollars, that also ends in 4 hours, but i
wouldnt recommend a unipolar system anyway.the one i
first mentioned is a chopper typre system. thats what
i suggest.
besides with the money you save on the system at Ebay,
you can buy some nice ballscrews down the road if you
want any real accuracy why dont you just buy some
ballscrews to put on that puppy too.
