for a newbie. When you go for a full package for a Sherline from them, Bet your bottom dollar you will be making parts quickly and not breathing in Solder Fumes. :-) Once assembled, Plug it in,
turn it on, and make stuff ! Especially in regards a Sherline, as they already have Setup files ready to go for those machines.
For me, the effortless "Windows Compatability" aspect (networking etc.) is worth EVERY Dime. And the new upcoming Version will just make it worth all that much more.
