I used an old PC tower case.

Put my drivers on hard drive trays, the 5.25 to 3.5 units.
put fuses on the front of each tray.
cut off the back of the power supply so I could use the rear plate
with the 115VAC plug connection, fan, and replaced 110/220 switch
with a fuse.

There is a mounting hole in the front for a second fan,
the old card slots offer a simple place to locate connectors.

Has a front panel on/off switch, leds for status, and if you want to
hack the little LED, you can display actual voltage. That was too
much work for me.
