There is a cap like nut on top of the spindle, as you unscrew the drawbolt it
comes in contact with the cap type nut on the top and pushs the drawbar down,
You use an allen wrench thru the nut to unscrew and cause the drawbar to
push the taper out. The drawbar pushes the taper at one end and the cap like
nut at the top end.
