Mariss -

The only thing I would add would be the ability to set the motor current by
providing an external reference voltage - say, a 0-5V signal equating to
min through max current settings - rather than having to fit a resistor.
This would allow for setting the current from software (via a DAC or a PWM
output, for example), which I would need in some of the applications I have
in mind.
