If the jumpers are not just simple logic levels,
(many route digital signals)
you could always use small relays or solid state switches
that are controled by the PC.

For the Current Set Resistor, one could use one of the
"Digital Pots" made by Dallas Semiconductor ("Maxim").
These are cheap and easy to use. One side of the Resistor
is logic ground, just be sure to tie this to the logical
ground side of the Digital Pot.
