If the only bar to higher voltages is the FET's, and you are designing the
output stage on another board, why can't you design two versions?
Have you checked out the competition on this point?
Parker Digiplan want £388 for a 120 volt 8 amp driver and only a little less
for their lesser rated boards. Their boards also have a design flaw in that
they don't fit 0.1uf caps across the regs.
Stebon want about the same silly amounts.
http://www.alzanti.com/body_stepper.htm sell your Gecko's and also produce
their own drives with a 85 volt rating at a much higher price.
I don't think there would be that much of a market for higher currents but
for higher voltages the queue is getting longer. Id also buy a higher
voltage version of 320's and use the three I have for smaller motors.
