Wiring the 2 transformers in parallel seems like a nice clean
solution to your current problem of needing 6.7 amps to drive your
motors.

In a nutshell "NO" you can't do this. The transformers don't like
being wired in parallel. They will for a lack of a better term buck
each other. You will need to drive each Gecko with a separate 3 amp
or so transformer/ power supply combo, or one large one.
