If you have a spare wye connecter you can cut one of the ends off,
pluge it into one of the spare power connectors, and snake the wire
out of the case and into your driver enclosure.
I made a breakout board and used 12 volt relays so I brought out both
12 and 5 volts and ground.
I bought a molex connector and mounted it into one of the PC slots
and the inside connects to the PC power connector. then I made a
cable between the 2 boxes.
Also, if you are heading to radio shack, considder buying one of the
very small perf boards. you can strip an old printer cable and
solder each wire on one of those. it allows you to mount the board
and to solder other wires to it. sure beats trying to solde wire to
wire, or having a fistfull of wire connectors.
