I backplotted your CNC file in Vector Cad Cam. Other than the fact
that you are cutting all the contours at Z=+.062 above the work
piece, it backplots pretty good

N0007 G01 X-0.2807 Y0.5390 Z0.0625 F10.0 (this is the offending line)

I then regenerated the program from the backplotted geometry, using
our proven Vector TurboCNC post and it duplicated your G-code file.

It sounds like you have a configuration problem with your Turbocnc.
Others running turbocnc can use your file, or at least the G-code
portions of it.

You may want to change the beginning of your program to something
more palatable for TCNC, something more like this:

N410 G17(X-Y Plane Selection for Arcs)
N420 G20(inch units)
N430 G90(Absolute mode)
N440 T1 F10
N450 M03
