Hi Joel,

I used the encoders from surplus center motors item 10-1834. These are
200 line encoders. You have to machine the shaft of the motor down to
fit the encoder. The rear bearing mount will not take a lot of stress so
you either have to grind the shaft or dismantle the motor and stick the
rotor in a lathe.

At the mometn I don't have any pics. Sorry.
