Does anyone know how long a student license for Rhino3d lasts? I
foudd that I can get Rhino for $195 b/c I'm still in college. I may
email Rhino and ask about the license for Rhino and see if they have
an educational discount for RhinoCam as well.
Also has anyone used FreeMill? I was thinking about using Rhino and
FreeMill for milling and just import .dxf's into Mach II for the
lathe. How well does the Mach II generate code and will it write
threading cycles?
Ive also played around with ShopCam for a couple days, I mesh better
with it than Vector I think, its still wireframe, it is probably my
second choice next Rhino and some 3rd party cam software.
