1992 - Centriforce licenses the Fortran source code for Bobcad for
Dos. Later that year Vector Cad-Cam is released. One of the first
Windows Cad-Cam programs. It is C based and makes extensive use of
the Windows API.

1995 - Bobcad releases a buggy Windows product that relies heavily
on the legacy Dos user interface.

You tell me, was it the same code? And what is your point?
