USB flash devices are neat and I use them a lot to take files to and
from remote pc's.. But I far prefer to use my LAN for sending files
from my CAD-CAM machine to my machine tools. Shared folders over the
network are even slicker;-)

Just do a google search for MINI-ITX I'm sure you'll find a localish
supplier. Nano-ITX will be available soon too, even smaller footprint.
