lol-
icons and widgets are not needed and 70 mhz refresh on
a 1024*768 screen with 16 bit color would be absurd on
turboCNC, for instance. i've got little tablet pc,
monochrome, VGA, 486 DX, that handles 75 ipm (shared)
with nooooo problem.
google penpc - check the first entry in the list...
of course it is not for windows!
