call Gates and ask them about the ratios and power. at 4:1 you have 5
teeth engaged, that may or may not be a problem.

also, 18 is a tiny pulley and the largest shaft size looks like 3/8",
and that you will have to bore out as the bore is listed at 1/4"

28 teeth is listed as the smallest tooth count with a 1/2" bore.
