I meant 0.0005" linear error at the screw.

Sorry, we have a small metric/inch conversion problem. When I specified
the pitch I meant distance/turn (all metric threads are specified this
way), rather than TPI. I tend to think mainly in metric. Also you need
to use the driven pulley, not the motor pulley. In the end you should
find that the error is tiny.
