It works just like a regular printer, the magic is done on the
software, it slices the .stl and sends to the printer just like a
regular page would be sent to be printed with only one exception,
the software pauses in between pages to allow the recharging powder
cicle.The only mod. made to the printer was moving the paper
traction section from inside the printer to the outside and added a
timing belt and a spring to help it out to move back and for.
Think this way; on a regular printer if you hold the paper when it's
printing then the printer itself will try to move.

I think Zcorp makes a powder that you can use castins, the way I
have it set up is just to make prototypes of parts for myself, just
a look and feel type.
