OK, I got this worked out, thanks.
I found I couldn't get my old motherboard to boot, but the video card it
came with works fine inside this "new" system instead of its integrated
video. And I found my old memory and processor were superior to what
was in this thing so hey I think we're good.
Unless someone has dire warnings about using the AGP video card on a
board with (disabled) integrated video, consider the question closed.
