The ball is used the same as the disk, get the ball running true by pushing
with a wood stick (fingernail if you are foolish or daring) then bring the
ball to the edge of the work and when it flies out the spindle is at the edge
plus half the diameter of the ball. The ball on the end of the 45 degree arm
is there to fill the empty pocket in the holder, No that is not right!! I
know there is a valid use for it, and have read directions but I just don't
remember what it is.
