I use Bearing Headquarters in Morton Grove, Il.
Last order was Gates GT and about 60% of Gates list price.

It is almost expected that pulleys will be bored. I indicate off
the teeth with the hub in a four jaw. It is a pain watching the indicator
wiggle as it passes over them but I am sure it is concentric.

A line to line fit (bore and shaft same size) is a light press
but can be installed and removed easily by slight warming.
Aluminum has a much larger thermal expansion than steel.

Just a note... L, XL, and HTD are not known for extreme
registration accuracy. Check the Gates tech information
for more details.
