I got my xl pulleys and belts from McMaster. I stuffed one of the 42
tooth pulleys in a collet to bore out and checked to see if it ran out
from the stock bore. I used a gage pin in the bore and it ran more than
.006 out of round. I checked the collet and it was true to both the back
of the pulley and the top of the teeth. My conclusion was that the broach
used to make the stock hole wasn't set up properly or this one didn't make
it into the jig right. I really should go back and check the 14 tooth ones
because I used the stock bore.
