I looked around some and finally purchased from a local Industrial Supply
company. They were Gates HTD sprockets and belts. Expensive but I
wouldn't know where to look for used ones. Gates has a web site. Also,
Sterling Instruments/Stock Drive Products has a good web site and catalogs
but their pulleys are of the small sizes.

Why don't you want to bore out the hubs? My plan is to do this, bore the
pulleys, and use a taper lock hub to avoid a keyway. (Also avoid coming up
with a broach set.) These are Fenner taper lock hubs (from MSC) rather
than the integral taper locks built into some pulleys.
