Tom,

Couple of comments.
1 - EMC is mostly C not C++ from what I understand (remember my C is at
about the Hello World level).
2 - Jon's hardware is probably accessible to many other programming
languages. While he had drivers for EMC created I am sure that the same
could be done for your choice of languages.
