Well, I wish I could report that complete boards were ready to go, but
I'm not there, yet. I just can't seem to find the time to get much done
here. It is definitely out of the prototype stage in terms of the concept
working, as was shown at the NAMES show. It is just a matter of time.
I am now working on making modifications to EMC to allow a single
port to handle both motion control and digital I/O. The mechanism has
been mostly worked out, and just a bit more software tinkering and
I should be able to test it. Once that works (and structural modifications
to EMC has been the hardest part) making a one-chip, one board stepper
solution should be relatively straightforward.

I am still hoping to bring this in at $200, but can't yet commit to it.
I WILL keep everyone posted when positive developments happen.
