Your lilo.conf file is pretty much the same as mine, except that mine uses
hd instead of sd. I don't have the initrd line in mine at all and my root
refers to hdb6 rather than the 5 of yours - I assume your disk is
partitioned differently to mine. I take it that you don't have windows on
this machine as well and that you are defaulting to linux rather than
rtlinux. If this is the case and you have run lilo after rtlinux has
installed ( by going into the directory lilo is in [ /etc ? ] and running
./lilo at the command line ) I would guess that the problem is most likely
with the scsi set up although, if linux itself will run, I can't see how
this can be. When you run the RT patch or reboot do you get any error
messages ( try ./dmesg at the prompt to see the ones you didn't catch as
they scrolled past )?
