EMC will take the code for G02/G03 using I/J but gives errors, at least
for the G-codes I've generated from Vector. I think the error is the
radius from start to I/J is different than radius from end to I/J. I do
not remember bumping up the sig fig to 6 and trying I/J, that might
solve the problem in itself. I know going to radius and 6 sig figs
works. I know EMC will do 180 degree arcs using radius, I haven't tried
larger than this lately. If I remember, I've had to break full circles
into two commands of 180 degrees, using radius.

I should experiment and pin down the problems rather than finding work
arounds. But I want to build parts, ya know. :-) If I do get the time to
solve any of these I'll report back. Or, if anyone know the answers
please chime in. :-)
