EMC handles full circle IJK, but not full circle R. But, as you've
discovered, the accuracy needs to be six figure minimum. The default
settings for full circle run around the circle twice.

Max Heise on the EMC list posted this answer/fix (probably in the FAQ
now...)

At inch tolerance .0002 I still get the "radius is different" errors, so I
think I need to change the mm values. (0.002mm = .0000787")

Max also provided an answer how to change 'twice around' to 'once around':
