This is very good advise from Fred.
Anyone that has to work a lot with DXF files will appreciate this
advise.
Construction lines that are on the same layer as the outline are lost
under it. The CAM system though see's these as two seperate lines and
it confuses the issue.
Some CAD/CAM systems do have a delete duplicates command for such as
these items.
Also lines tangent to an arc in the Cad system may be accurate but in
the transfer to DXF their relationship can be somewhat stretched.
If often pays to zoom right in on suspect intersections to check they
do actually touch. Join or trim depending on the CAD/CAM system will
usually cure these errors.
