No, I'm positive now that I wired them parallel and full amps.
(finally found the schematic for the motors, and was VERY
careful wiring them because I didn't wanna chance blowing
up the Geckos after that last fiasco...)

Agreed.
These were just some notes on my initial impressions.
To note -
I've watched Jeff's video a few times, and while I realize he's using servos,
I'm pretty sure these steppers are more powerful and should be pretty quick.
They're Nema 42's, 635 oz/in.

Ohhhhhh... crap....

My ignorance and confusion has bitten me in the @ss again...

There's two sheets here, both referring to
my motors, both having differring values.

I'm willing to bet I'm using the wrong one.
One of them specifies 3.5A Unipolar, and 5.0A Bipolar.
So which is which?
Uni=series? Bi=parallel?
Hmmmm....

No idea.
I'm using a stock BDI-LIVE rc23 on a HP PIII 800Mhz laptop.
What else can I tell you that would help?
