I just tried inserting a piece of 18 awg stranded wire into a Gecko terminal
block and it went in with no problem. It wasn't even tight. I also inserted
the leads for a 470 UF cap. to see if it would work on terminals 1 and 2 .
So either the screws weren't backed off far enough or he has 14 AWG wire.
