Why is this frightening talk about the bomb? I didn't suggest to supply
more then 10,000 psi of pressure for 10,000 psi rated cylinder...
I suggested to use this cylinder as a first step to get a feel of
cutting - oil could be used instead of water since it has oil seals.
It is easy enough to calculate wall thickness , number of tie rods for
any cylinder - with a safety factor...
