Breakout board or cards

Hi, my setup is a 3 axis mill, Mach2 and Geckos, servos with
encoders, optical limits (5vdc), Pentium III @ 1Ghz.
I see alot of people using the "Bob's breakout board". I was looking
around and saw the site below (CNC4PC) has cards which will cover
most of the functions I think I need at a lot lower cost.
My question is, are the relay types compatible with the software or
hardware?
Am I interpreting the specs correctly by thinking I could control a
110v/15amp power supply with the relay card along with three
additional circuits such as coolant and lighting.
I am thinking of getting the interface, power supply, charge pump
and relay board for around $104.00 vs $170.00 for Bob's stuff.
I am not associated with either of these two companies, just lookin
to get the best bang for my limited buck(s).
Thanks, JRouche
