The chargepump circuit is generally used with the MACH2 CNC
software. When MACH2 is activated, it outputs a unique frequency
which is detected by this circuit. The circuit then activates one of
the output pins. This makes sure that the tool is not able to move
unless MACH2 is activated and in control.
