This feature is currently unique to Mach2.

A couple years ago when I was looking for such a feature and before
it was available, it was considdered in Turbo-CNC, but I think V-4
was such a project they opted for simplicity. Maybe in some future
release.

I had mentioned the idea of a routine withing T-CNC to output the
16khz value on pin 17? like MAch2 does to standardize on the feature.

A neat thing is that for those who do not have the feature of the
charge pump, you can add it to your existing system for about $25.00.
