The relays are actually what spurred my interest in the breakout
board question. I went looking for solid state relays today and
wanted to make sure I was getting correctly spec'd relays.

During my cruise through the WWW I came across the CNC4PC site. I
can get a four circuit relay board for $37 from them and it is opto
isolated.

I was already familiar with Bob's boards site but wanted someone to
confirm my thoughts re: features and requirements. That is done,
thanks to Bob for the emails also.

Now, I will go with the CNC4PC boards. For $107.00 I will get the
opto isolated interface board, a 5 and 12 volt dc power supply
board, a solid state relay board and finally the charge pump board.

The boards are for axillary systems, not for gecko drives. I will
run the gecks directly to a parallel port expansion board.

I want the CNC4PC boards for protection (charge pump) and control
(coolant system, lubrication system, servo power supply and
lighting. Possibly spindle control power in the future.
