The current 'free' version of Intellicad is a time limited offering of
their base program.

The truely free version that didn't expire has been pulled.
This was called Intellicad 2000.
There was a link to an Australian University site at one time that had
this.

as to what it can do.

I still have a copy of this and the training manual, as it was
released into the public domain as a free program I don't see how I
can be doing wrong by offering this.
It will have to be on CD as the program and manual are 26 odd meg.
