Yes, it will export DXF ascii and binary back to R2.5 format as well
as BMP, WMF and several other formats I don't recognize. I'm not a
big ACAD enthusiast, so for the little DWG editing I need to do for my
own personal self (won't be using it at work) it is fine. I'm only
familiar with ACAD up to R13, and ProgeCAD is very similar with the
ACAD-style menus.
