The main problem is two issues. One is the fact that most of these supplies
regulate according to what's happening at the +5V output (or even the +3.3V
output if we're talking ATX rather than AT supplies) and the other being that
the negative terminal is referenced to the case of the unit, an issue that's
going to have to be dealt with. See the link at:
