It is ubnuseable in it's current configuration.

The easiest is to just get a new transfromer. let us know the amount
of current you need, or the size of the motors.

you can alter the transformer pretty easily by changing the number of
windings.

or, you can get a microwave transformer and re-wrap that for a low
cost replacement.
