He could also use a hi-tech CNC controller and servo system we have a router
that can go 3150 inches per minute and cut 1 1/8 mdf with a 1/2 inch cutter
at a 1000 inches per minute and hold 4 place accuracy. Real world servo
systems even in the metal industry goes up to 2500 ipm.
