Hi, I have to agree totally on this, having worked in electronics for years,
electrolytic caps are the first thing i check. only a good instrument can
really tell if its bad, replacing it with a new cap for a few bucks is
cheaper than buying an LC-103 at 1200 bucks and finding out the cap is still
bad? cul brian f.
