Sorry about the confusion on the pricing. We presently offer only the
G201 for distribution, consequently our list price reflects that
reality.

All of our other drives are still direct sale, consequently the
prices are lower. The truth is, once we are comfortable with the
distributors performance (sales volume), we will sell them thru
distributors as well. This decision is about two months out.

The bad news is should we decide to go with distributors, the single
piece list price for the other drives will double. This is necessary
for distributors to make a profit considering the effort and support
they have to put into selling them. They will have an equal or lower
prices than what our list price will be.

The good news is we inserted a "grandfather" clause in the contracts
we have signed with the two major distributors that have signed which
permits us to sell to pre-existing customers at the original price. I
did this because I owe a debt of gratitude to those that bought an
unknown product from a no-name company.

In a perfect world we would not go thru distributors but sell direct.
Unfortunately practical realities intervene.

Presently I spend 3 hours a day fielding application phone calls. I
enjoy them and the people I talk to; it keeps me in touch with what
the real-world problems and applications are using our drives. This
is valuable feedback, 4 new products will appear in the next 6 months
based on that.

However, simple extrapolation shows my time will be spent exclusively
on the phone (9 hours a day), if we triple our present sales volume.
That would still be many, many times less than our present production
capacity.

Our intent is to be a lean and mean production machine. We will do
what we do best; design and build good drives at good prices. My hope
and expectation is distributors will do what they do best; sell them
and offer technical support.

Sorry for the long-winded explaination. I'm just trying to do the
right thing here.
