I can second this. After a dozen or more calls over a couple year span,
but also after spending a couple hundred bucks, I got a call from them
to confirm my address they were about to ship a catalog to. Needless to
say, I almost fell out of my chair! I did tell them what older catalogs
go for on eBay and suggested they sell obsolete catalogs there. I was
assured they managed to give away all copies of each new edition. But
they were rather amused to learn of the "collector value" of older
versions!
